Head of Department Machine Shop

In the role of Department Manager Machine Shop, you are responsible for leading, planning and further developing the daily operations within the department.

You work closely with production, are visible in the daily work and ensure that the operations follow the company’s strategies, goals and quality requirements.

You lead and coach about 20 employees including team leaders and create the conditions for a well-functioning and collaborative team.

The role is operational and present with a focus on ensuring an efficient flow, good working environment and high delivery precision.

The service is daytime, Monday-Friday, with location in Alby.
