Electrical enclosure’s general terms and conditions of delivery
The packaging of the goods is done according to our choice in the most careful manner. Complaints about delivered goods must be received within 8 days of receipt. In all other respects, Teknikföretagen’s general terms and conditions of delivery NL 17 apply.

Other terms of delivery
All standard enclosures incl. Accessories for D:O Deliver free shipping to customers within Sweden. However, the prerequisite is that the total order value excl. VAT exceeds SEK 8,000 net.
Electrical enclosure is determined by the shipping company and the shipping method.
In the case of custom-made products, the customer normally pays the shipping unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are excl. VAT. VAT.
Packaging costs are charged with SEK 60 net per order.
Pallet fee is not charged (provided that the buyer is a member of the pallet pool).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment terms
30 days net unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is made after the due date of the invoice, interest on late payment will be charged at 10%.
Returns
Only such returns, for which we can be held liable, e.g. defects in shipping or manufacturing defects, will be accepted at no additional cost to the buyer.
Other returns must be complained about no later than 8 days after receipt and approved by us.
Taking into account unpacking costs, checking, any adjustment work and repackaging, the return deduction will generally never be less than 35% of the purchase value of the materials.
Goods with a value of less than 1000 SEK will not be returned.
Returns of custom-made materials will not be withdrawn.
For return materials, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
