Elkapsling AB is pleased to announce that Johan Köhler will take over as the new CEO as of September 1, 2025. Johan will be a strong asset for the future of Elkapsling.

Johan has over two decades of leadership experience in some of Sweden’s most well-known industrial companies, including Volvo and Scania.

He has worked in several parts of the world – from the Baltics and the Middle East to Japan and West Africa, leading complex projects and organizations.

He now takes up the role of CEO in a company with both long traditions and high ambitions for the future.

“We look forward to continuing to develop Elkapsling together with Johan Köhler,” says current CEO Jakob Sandwall, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Elkapsling AB and join the divisional management of Lagercrantz Group, Elkapsling’s owner since 2012. “His solid experience will be a valuable addition to our continued focus on customized solutions, high delivery precision and sustainable growth,” Jakob continues.
