Our ground cabinets that protect electricity in outdoor environments need to be able to withstand weather and wind. It doesn’t matter where in Sweden you live – a ground cabinet must still be resilient and able to withstand our Nordic climate.

Elkapsling has been manufacturing protection of electrical and electronic equipment since 1971. Production takes place in our own factory, where salespeople and designers develop concepts, prototypes and solutions together with our customers.

Electrical enclosure is certified according to FR2000, an integrated management system developed by the Swedish Federation of Business Owners (FR).
FR2000 contains the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, SS 62 40 70 as well as the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations on systematic work environment management, AFS 2001:1, and the Swedish Rescue Services Agency’s general advice on systematic fire protection work, SRVFS 2004:3.
The FR2000 certificate was completed after an approved audit by independent SFK Certification, which is also accredited to audit ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AFS 2001:1.
